work site under the Washington State Commute Trip Reduction Law (RCW
70.94.527), please note that the Employee Transportation Coordinator
(ETC) at your worksite has been given administrative access to the information
collected on the Clarkcommute.org Web site. The ETC’s are required to follow
the Clarkcommute.org Web site policy. If the City of Vancouver, which is
responsible for implementing RCW 70.94.527 for Clark County, Washington, has
become aware that an ETC may be using the information gathered on the
Clarkcommute.org Web site for an unauthorized purpose, the City reserves the
right to immediately terminate the ETC’s ability to access the Clarkcommute.org
Web site.
